3R Football is a youth sports organization dedicated to helping young athletes build skills, confidence, and character through football. We are the proud operators of multiple official NFL FLAG leagues in Fair Oaks, CA, Eagle, ID, and Payette, ID. We also run elite-level 7-on-7 passing leagues, NorCal Passing League and Idaho Passing League, designed for athletes seeking competitive, off-season training and development.
Whether you’re just starting out or sharpening your skills for high school and beyond, our programs are designed to grow with your athlete.

Our mission is simple: to create a positive and encouraging space where players live and learn by the 3 R’s—Respect, Resilience, and Responsibility. While developing football skills, they also gain a deeper understanding of leadership, teamwork, and personal growth.
