NFL Flag Fund: The RCX Sports Foundation is proud to partner with the National Football League to provide grants for NFL FLAG to children across the country. 

Please read the FAQ regarding qualifications for Individual grants that are available to assist with player costs for any child, ages 6-18, who is interested in participating in NFL FLAG.  You can apply here for the NFL FLAG FUND - Individual Participant Grant  

If you are awarded an individual grant from the RCX Foundation, the funds will be directly allocated to 3R Football. 3R Football will then cover the remaining balance of the participant's fees, ensuring they can fully engage in the NFL FLAG program without financial barriers.

GridForce Flag/3R Football: We offer a limited number of volunteer positions per location/event/season for parents and guardians who want to help out and offset their child’s registration fee. Volunteers are essential to keeping our GridForce NFL FLAG program running smoothly and creating a great experience for all players. There are limited opportunities available across multiple locations, with roles ranging from game day support, field operations, and community engagement.  Please complete the Volunteer Interest Form as these spots fill fast!
